Default need some advice?

How many of you are using hydroxycut and are pleased with the results. Im thinking about trying it, but im still unsure. I was on atkins and lost 18lbs, but i stopped when i had some surgery and i have gained 5lbs back. I am 20lbs from my goal weight of 145lbs. I am trying to low carb again ,but im not losing the weight as quickly as I did the first time. Any suggestions?

Hydroxycut is definitely a quality thermo but you should wait untill you hit a platuea in terms of fat loss before you start using it. Your body will get use to the thermogenic effects of Hydroxycut and fat loss will eventually platuea( if you are not constantly changing up you training routine and diet). This is why you should go "natural" for as long as possible and then use the Hydroxycut once you stop losing fat. Every fat loss platuea can be broken with a combination of training and diet. Thermos are just a way to speed up the process. Constantly changing up your diet and training routine is the best way to prevent platueas weither you are trying to gain muscle and/or lose fat.
