Default Ongoing Headaches and Nausea

I know that on induction we often experiene headaches and nausea... which I did... but now... I seem to get headache and nausea in the morning upon waking... and my headache is the top of my head... is anyone having this same situation? If so, how are you dealing with it... I am thinking it maybe part of the detox process of this program.. because toxins are stored in body fat....has anyone had success taking an antioxidant or charcoal etc?

Please reply with your thoughts or ideas....

thanks for your support

Ramona

Ramona,

Just a couple of questions here. Are you eating enough food a day? I mean enough calories? Did you use to drink a lot of caffinated drinks or are you now?

Not getting enough calories aka food can cause some massive headaches on this diet. Since your tummy isn't screaming at you to feed it your brain will. (Body has to get your attention some how)

Caffine or lack of can also trigger some ungodly headaches. I also found this time of year I am allergic to pine and cedar. Guess what happens this time every year? North winds blow into Dallas carrying with it pollen. Plus all those cut trees being shipped in for the christmas holidays.
