You told it like it is! I really appreciate this.. A lot of people think that they cannot, just CANNOT, do this because of their addiction (and it is an addiction) to sugar and starches.. the blood sugar highs. I admit, I was totally scared to go on this WOE, but now that I am, I feel great. I've been on it for a month and have lost 16.4 pounds, and I have stalled. Sometimes when I eat the toppings off of pizza, I want to eat the pizza! But I really have to stare it down, and all the while telling myself that it just definitely isn't worth it because if I just keep going, maybe in another month I'll be down at least another 5 pounds and that takes me to more than 20 pounds lost! I keep looking at myself and even though the scale isnt moving much, I am seeing that my legs look great because of the jogging I do.. Though they do look unproportioned to my belly I'm so greatful for everyone who writes their success stories. It gives me SO much motivation. I have another 40-50 pounds to lose, depending on how I feel when I lose 40. Thank you SO much for your story

First of all - CONGRATULATIONS!!
It makes it a lot easier for me when I see other people succeed on this WOE, because I don't have much willpower either, and I LOVE SWEETS! Reading stories like yours is what helps me to stay on track, and not to cheat. Thanks for posting it, and I can't wait to read the next success story when you reach your goal weight!
