Iodine??

I Usually Take 3 mgs Of Iodine? Cuz Im Hypothryroid?....What Does This Do Help With Matabolism? I Was WOndering If I Double This Would It Be Good? Or Is 2 Much Iodine Dangerous? what could be the side affects?

Iodine W/ HYPOTHYROIS IS A NO-NO

SweetLoren,

You shouldn't supplement with Iodine unless your endo has tested and found you to be iodine insufficient. You risk messing w/ your metabolism in a bad way!
