Default Question About Adding CALP Options

I have a question about the CALP Options. The book clearly states in several places that you should wait at least two weeks after starting the plan to add an option and then wait two weeks between each subsequent option. I have been on the plan for one week and I really want to add Chromium GTF and I also want to start walking for exercise. I'm really motivated right now and want to start exercising.

Does anyone know the reasoning behind the waiting two weeks? I've read through and cannot find any explanation for why, just the statement not to do it. I really want to hit while the motivation is there. I bought my Chromium already and don't want to have to wait a week to start it and then have to wait two more weeks to start exercising. Just wondering if anyone has any insight as to the reasoning behind it.

Thanks so much!

I don't know either but I think it's fine to add on those options-

Thank you. I was leaning that way as well. I think I'll start the Chromium today and start walking tomorrow. I was wondering if they only wanted to add changes slowly to keep people from getting overwhelmed with change. I don't mind walking though and taking a pill is easy! I'm down another pound! This seems too good to be true!
