I'm in the kitchen a lot these days testing new recipes and refining old ones. How are you?

Stuffed crust, oh my! I'm going to make it this weekend. The pics are making my mouth water. I've never tried to use zucchini for the pizza. I'm happy w/ the cauli version but maybe I'll try zucchini someday.

Thanks again Cleo, this has been one of my favorite recipes for so long!

So....was kinda in a hurry...but made this and wound up loving the flavor but needing a fork to eat it when hot (because I didnt let the crust set and cool)...but I adore it when it's cold!!!! It has incredible flavor and eats like a really good piece of cold pizza...which I'm ok with!

I put lots of garlic in the crust with some italian seasoning and a bit of parm...topped with the barest coat of sauce (paper thin), some paper thin sliced fresh tomato, black olives, green pepper, paper thin bits of onion, and grated cheese.....and WOW!!!! Thank you sooooo much for this.

Way to go Cleo, I did see it! I wish the girl gave credit where credit was due though!

I just made your pizza tonight with zucchini instead of cauliflower and it was awesome. Love your blog, you always crack me up! Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful ideas and recipes!

Thanks for being so sweet, frisbena! It was an honor, whether I received the credit or not--though her pizza looked like a casserole, not a pizza.

What is fennel? Is it that big root thing? DO I just grate it for the fennel in the recipe? Is it the top? I really want to make this tonight!
