Default New to Low Carb

New to Low Carb. I have been on induction for almost 2 weeks and lost 9 lbs. So far it is going great, but nervous for long term. I am hopeful and would like to stay on induction until I am closer to my target weight, which I hear is safe to do.

Excited to see how this goes

Welcome to the forum Waistbaskt. Feel free to look around and make yourself at home. This forum has been around for a VERY long time, so there's no shortage of history here.

Yes, you can stay on induction as long as you like; if you are comfortable sustaining that WOE, then go for it. But be aware that much of your initial loss will be water weight, so a slowdown is likely at some point over the next few weeks, regardless of whether you stay in induction or not.

Good luck!
