Yesterday was Thursday, so it was Bowflex night.

I was too tired to get it done last night so DH and I completed it this morning. DH was ready to increase his weights so I figured if he could do it then so can I.

DH and I completed 2 sets of 15 reps each on the Bowflex today.

Teri's 20 Minute Better Body Workout

100# Seated Lat Rows
100# Crossover Rear Deltoid Rows
80# Biceps Curl
100# Triceps Pushdown
100# Leg Extension
100# Standing Low Back Extension

Yesterday was Friday, so it was WATP day.

I completed 45 minutes of the WATP 3 mile power walk yesterday using 1 lb. weights.

I was informed that using weights may not be beneficial to me so I am going to take them back to the store. In the future my WATP will not include weights!

Yesterday was Monday, so it was WATP day!

I completed 45 minutes of the WATP 3 mile power walk yesterday. I did not use weights and have decided to take them back to the store. I will continue to do my strength training through Bowflex and use WATP for cardio only.

I am really feeling the difference in adding the extra weight. I am building up a sweat and I can feel that I am breathing harder after completing each exercise.

I have already completed 45 minutes of the WATP 3 mile power walk this morning so now I don't have to exercise again until tomorrow.

I got up later than I wanted to yesterday and since I had to get on the road I started my WATP 3 mile power walk half asleep. Of course by the time I reached the end 45 minutes later, I was wide awake.

Bowflex was scheduled for tonight so DH and I just got it done.
