Default Exogenous Ketone Supplements? Good Idea or Bad?

Anybody aware of solid research for or against the use of exogenous ketone supplements? Like this one: http://pruvitnow.com/

Also, any opinions, thoughts, hypothesise encouraged..

Thank you

Not research, but Peter Attia's personal experience testing some types. Personally I'll stick with producing my own for free without the bad taste.

Dr. Peter Attia and Dom D'Agostino talking for 2 1/2 hours with lots of reference to exogenous ketones. When, Where and the right kind. One of the top 5 pieces I've ever seen produced on Ketosis, a MUST watch.
