Default Reward meal for breakfast...update

This really seems to be working! I am off today...meaning I am up earlier in the AM than I normally am after working....AND I had to convince myself I wanted veggies......but I LOVE warm, soothing veggies anytime of day, so getting them in wasn't as hard as I thought...I DID have to up the veggies on my plate a little because salad for breakfast is a little much!

Oh, and my waist is a half inch smaller! Onward and Downward!!

Yay, that is wonderful! What kind of veggies to you eat with your breakfast?

The idea of a RM breakfast is making me drool. Maybe I should treat myself one of these days.

Hi


I use veggies for breakfast also. I LOVE GREEN BEANS,and I use them in a omelet or sautee them and use them in a side dish along with canned button mushrooms.and though in some crumbled bacon or cut up breakfast sausages.

You know lately I have been eating fresh spinach with breakfast. I saute the spinach with onions in the oil from whatever meat I have...it is really good... I use the baby spinach...
