Cool shaking like a leaf!!!!

I am really nervous about starting this agian!!!! I lost 70+ lbs in 2001 and kept it off till 2004. I started nursing schoool and the pounds slowly crept back on. Low Carbing is the only way i can get the weight back off.....BUT!!!!
I am SOooo in love with bread, I feel like i am about to break up with the love of my life!!! I have been looking through the before and after pictures for some inspiration>Let me just say i am so jealous of some of these people,They look great!!! Starting Tomorrow morning....wish me luck!!!

New to this forum myself, but not new to Atkins.

What helped me divorce chocolate was to realize that it didn't love me back.

The "love" was only a one way street... and I paid a really high price for that "love".

I still "love" it... just from afar.

And... I wish you good planning... luck doesn't really enter into it, imho!

I lost almost 70 pounds in 2004 and gained them all back this past year. I am back to Lowcarbing this week myself and have already lost 10 pounds this week. Lowcarb works!! Good luck, start yourself a journal, and take the time to write your daily thoughts, it really helps!

WELCOME TO THE FORUMS!

Wow... I guess there are a few of us who in the past few years did low carbing, lost the weight and now are back at it! I lost a bunch of weight in 2004, got off the wagon and gained it all back!

I guess now we can all inspire each other!

Try revolution rolls to help fill in the bread gap.

also... in case you hear chocolate calling to you: make sure your vitamin contains magnesium it eliminates the chocolate cravings. (Adding separately will cure any constipation problems, but check with your doctor)

Count me as another 2nd timer! I lost 65 pounds in 2003, went off plan [no good reason] and gained it all back plus 5 pounds!

I started again July 1 and have lost about 16 pounds. I need to lose about 100, but I'm on my way. I'm approaching this as a Life Plan this time, just like the Eade's book, Protein Power.

Good luck to all. Let's change the way we think about food!

Ron
