I am SOooo in love with bread, I feel like i am about to break up with the love of my life!!! I have been looking through the before and after pictures for some inspiration>Let me just say i am so jealous of some of these people,They look great!!! Starting Tomorrow morning....wish me luck!!!

I lost almost 70 pounds in 2004 and gained them all back this past year. I am back to Lowcarbing this week myself and have already lost 10 pounds this week. Lowcarb works!! Good luck, start yourself a journal, and take the time to write your daily thoughts, it really helps!
You bet it works..lost four pounds this week and have been eating delicious meals. Tried the breakfast meatball today..yummy..Have a pot roast in the oven and it smells to good to believe
Wow... I guess there are a few of us who in the past few years did low carbing, lost the weight and now are back at it! I lost a bunch of weight in 2004, got off the wagon and gained it all back!
Try revolution rolls to help fill in the bread gap.
also... in case you hear chocolate calling to you: make sure your vitamin contains magnesium it eliminates the chocolate cravings. (Adding separately will cure any constipation problems, but check with your doctor)

Count me as another 2nd timer! I lost 65 pounds in 2003, went off plan [no good reason] and gained it all back plus 5 pounds!
I started again July 1 and have lost about 16 pounds. I need to lose about 100, but I'm on my way. I'm approaching this as a Life Plan this time, just like the Eade's book, Protein Power.
Good luck to all. Let's change the way we think about food!
