Hi, I'm new here!
I did Atkins about 3 years ago and lost 50 pounds. When I reverted to my old habits, I quickly regained those pounds and then some.
Over the last year I have developed some healthier habits and have recently restarted my low carb WOL. I have already given up caffeine, sugar sodas, and as of last Monday, I haven't had a diet soda! For me, that's practically a miracle! Anyway, this week I've been seriously trying to do the low carb lifestyle. I feel great! I don't have the headaches like last time b/c I already kicked the caffeine habit.
