Unhappy Don't Cheat!!!

Hey guys...just a warning for those of you out there that have been tempted. Well, I went down by another 5 lbs this weekend (go me). But unfortunately the evil temptations grabbed me on sunday and I had FRIES!!! I know, terrible. That was my first time in two months. But anyway, today I am back on track, and I have been hungry ALL DAY LONG !!! I have eaten the appropriate food to get me back in Ketosis (which I know will take a couple of days), but I guess the carbs from the fries are just taking its course in burning up, so I have been eating all of today. I haven't been this hungry in a while (two months). So I say it is so not worth it. If I wasn't determined to get this weight off I would have cheated again today from the level of hunger that I felt. Bad carbs, bad fries. So stay strong guys...

No kidding. I cheated today too and I'm still hungry. Not to mention feeling very morning-after guilty. Well, back on the wagon tomorrow. Just feeling unmotivated and bored right now. Any words of wisdom out there??
