I think I am ready for weigh in tomorrow. I was down 2lbs this am 187. Today was not a good eating day. I had too many no no's.
The food sounds soo good. Next time I have some fish I am going to try it.
I need to try to stick to the Sun & Weds weighing.

You both are doing great!

Angelize - 5lbs is Fantastic!

Hope you are having a great weekend. We have company so I cannot be online much. I'll be back around on Monday.

hi Fatimah

your week must be almost up now are u going to weigh yourself after the week or wait till wednesday?

good luck !!!

p.s just a thought are u drinking your 8 glasses of water a day? and not going more than 6hrs without eating something ? this can stall the weight loss if u r not following the plan.

Thanks Angel! Why don't you start a journal?? I have found it almost medicinal!
I remember never telling anyone how much I weigh or what my deepest thoughts about my weight were---then I get to this web site and it pours out of me??!!!oh well!

Hi All,
I weighed yesterday and i had lost some more weight i now my weigh was about 204 was weighing 225-230 before i found this site . i was going to Frist place but it got to where i couldn't do all of the thing you had to do so i had tot quit it for a while until i could get this pain under control with my back and hips. I have bad arthuritis and i also have degenerative disc disease and buldging disc. So when i start hurting i have to go and sit down for a while until it stops hurting. Well enough about me will post more later. have a Nice, Safe and Happy day.

Default here you all are!

thanks for the invite!! ready for lots of challenges now!! its great seeing so many of us working so hard and being so supportive of one another! today is day 6 for me...havent weighed myself in a couple of days, and probably wont until Feb 4th(doctors scale)...cant wait..clothes are starting to feel less snug...good start! does anyone know if flaxseed(grounded) counts as a carb? does most of it pass through, with the exception of the oil part of it? I really want to help myself in everyway, and its a great source of fiber and other goodies! maybe I can cut down on the salmon(eaten daily now) once I start taking flaxseed...we'll see! i'm 155 now, plan to be 130 by April!hows everyone else fairing today so far? cheryll

Hi everyone,
I forgot to post weight here yesterday.
I am still at 189. Sat am I was 187 but on official day I am 189.
This week I am going to be stricter with eating! I was rather relaxed about it this last week because I did not feel well.
So do we wait until wed to step on the scales?

Thanks Angelize I will join you and get on the scale on Sunday and Wednesday those are good days for me. I usually get on the scale first thing in the morning once I get out the shower. I haven't been on the scale this week so I will check tomorrow and hope for happiness.
