You need to post the lab ranges-each lab is different. The tests also need to be free T3 and free T4 not total. Also did you have a TSH and a TPO antibodies test? THS should be at 1, FT3 in the upper 2/3 of the lab range and FT4 in the middle of the range.

Are those free T4 and T3 if not you need those to determine thyroid disease. The frees indicate what hormone is unbound in the body and available for it to use. Here's a link with some good info to help you.

TSH 1.06 (.45-4.50)
T4 5.8 (4.5-5.6)
T3 82 ( 71-180)

There, easier to read. Lisabinil is right, you might want to get a FT3 and FT4 test done, I would also add in an RT3 (reverse T3) test as well.

your Total T4 is above range, however the Free T4 will show us what is available for use by your body.

The total T3 is quite low on the other hand, chances are good that your FT3 may be low as well, what that all might mean is that you are producing lots of thryoid hormone (total T4) but not converting it to something your body can use. However we won't know this unless you can test for the Free versions.

You don't need a doctor to have the tests done, healthcheckusa.com has the tests you can order yourself, use coupon 12345 for a discount. they will send the labs to you instead of your doctor but this way you can make sure to get the right information.

www.stopthethyroidmadness.com this is a great site to learn about thyroid, testing and how to treat.
you can also go to the armour site and enter your zip code and see if there is a doctor near you who treats thyroid.
