Default A better bacon and sausage dish, I think.

I thought the bacon explosion was okay, but I wanted something easier to make and that tasted better (the Italian sausage and bbq sauce were just okay together -- good, but not great).

This dish (The Bacon Bad Boy) is small like a hamburger, and it's really, really good.

Concerned about calories, we use a turkey breakfast sausage and split one between us (my wife and I). We haven't tried both turkey sausage and bacon yet, but it should be good. The egg topped one is great by itself, too.

I can't wait for our next grilling party. We're going to make a bunch of ones that are a little smaller.

Check it out!
