....of putting all of your great lo-carb recipes in a book for all to enjoy. I would like to pre-order a copy!......B

Funny you should mention that bella.

I'm currently finishing up the manuscript and the book will be published in the fall, probably October. It will have about 250 recipes, lots of low carb chatter and the "oldbies" on the site have generously let me use some of their favourite recipes.
