Default i not only fell off the wagon i got run over by it!

Hi all i fell off the wagon hard and then got run over by it.

Since friday night i have had,
1.) 12 ounce bag of cadbery mini eggs ( candy covered chocolate)
2.) a big mac with fries
3.) pancakes and orange juice
4.) real fried rice and chow ming
5.)a chcolate pudding pie. (1 oz big)
7.) and low carb chicken dinner.

i think thats it. It was a very bad weekend had PMS a massive fight with DH and drove for 8 hours in one day. (some of which in san fransisco traffic.)
so i lost it and just ate everything in sight. I am starting induction again tomorrow. I just hope i dont gain to much from this hard core bindge.

Hey Petcrazed,

It's like sooo many things...you're going to stumble, it's getting up and going again that makes the difference.

Hang in there...May the scales be with you.

With that much food I'm suprised the stomach ache didn't scare you strait Then again I've never been a fan of cadbury eggs

At least you've picked up, dusted off and are ready to go again. You've also identified the emotional reasons it happened so you can be more ready next time. This WOL is a learning lesson. There are bumps, but if we keep chugging away we'll get there eventually

pancakes and orange juice - YUCK!!! Never could stand those 2 things eaten together.

Hey - That Carb Blowout is in the past. Let it go and start over again. 3 of the last 4 weekends, I have blown it carb-wise. I keep losing the same 5 el bees over and over and over. . . But I hopped right back on the LC train Sunday and plan on staying here for as long as I can. You can do the same thing too. Good Luck!!!

Petcrazed,
Everyday is new. "Yesterday is history, tommorrow is a mystery, all we have is today." I don't know who said it, but it is good to keep in mind. I have read many things you have written, and although I know you feel bad, this is just one day in your life and this woe is forever. SOOOOO, just let it go and move on. We all do it sooner or later, and maybe its good for us in the sence that it reminds us--why--we started in the first place. We are re-humbled that food controls us when we let it.
You are a great person who I look up to more now than ever for one simple reason. You are an honest person, and the next time I go on a binge, I'll remind myself of your honesty and tell myself, I can get back on the woe because you did it. All things have a reason for happening and this did too, just let it go. Hang tough!!!
Deb

Don't feel so bad....everyone trips but you got back up! Way to go! I also had a little slip up friday night. My husband, who does support me, went to pick up dinner for us from delta and I must have got my restaurants confused because he couldn't find what I wanted and so got me parmeson (SP) chicken with mushrooms on top. Well he thought it would be fine....he didn't read it carefully eough to see it was breaded and when he brought it home he felt so bad! I just told him it would be fine and ate it! Woo....did I have the WORST stomach ache! Needless to say....saturday I was right back on plan!
Good Luck....you'll do great!!

You can do it! Don't beat yourself up over it! Also, don't do like I did and turn a carb-fest into a 2-year carb-fest, gaining all of my weight back plus some!!! I will say the last time that I did it totally on my own, with no family support, and without this forum!!! I'm so happy to have found you guys. I think that confession certainly helps turn things around, especially with all the support I've found here.

Hi petcrazed,

We fall and we stumble but we are all human. The best part about your post? You made it back here! And isn't that what it's really all about?

Petcrazed, don't feel bad, it does happen, just keep it in check. I had a bad w/e too, sick mum led to, "let's have some drinks", causing me to eat badly. I felt terrible on Saturday morning, so I made a pot of chilli and ate tons of it with toast, and drank more. Back totally on the program today though, I feel so bloated after the weekend - just not worth it to me to go so overboard.

What a weekend! I just hope life calms down for you. But don't beat yourself up. It happens. As someone else said, consider it to be one BIG refeed, and keep going!
