Default Why do I feel so tired?

This is week 4 that I have been trying to quit smoking. I've also been going to Curves 3 times per week and have been doing fairly well on my low carbing. The first week or so, I felt great and energized. This past week, however, I have been feeling very tired. Has anyone else experienced this? I've read that your metabolism slows down when you quit smoking. Is this true and could this be contributing to my feeling so sleeeeppppyy all the time? If so, when will I start feeling energized again and when will my metabolism be normal again?
