It appears to be a standard, with higher Bs, multi formula with some "weight loss support" herbals added, seems safe. What's "good" for you would depend on what your body needs that you are not getting from food. Dr Westman recommends any generic form of a complete multi without iron, like Centrum Silver. Some fish oil is optional. Beyond that, if you live in a place with little sun ? and test to find Your Vit D is low, you may want to add. That is expressed in the US in IU, International Units, e.g. 5,000IU. Eat real food and you should be fine, but if you want a "safe-guard" on vitamins and minerals, any brand of a multi made by a good company should do.
