well, i'm on an Asian bent lately, so I figured a great accompaniment for my Chinese fried rice would be a nice beef and cabbage stir fry. I love cabbage, especially when it's been stir fried. it gets this semi sweet savory flavour it's hard to describe, but it is delicious and quite filling. Wtih this simple low carb recipe, you can whip up this tasty asian dish in next to no time. and it's an affordable dinner as well.
