Default Maintainers Food & Activity Logs

After reading this thread, it occurred to me that it would be a very good idea to start our own Food & Activity Maintenance Log over here in the maintenance forum. Not only will we be accountable to each other, but it would also be great to see how each of us tackles maintenance, what we actually eat etc.

Plus, it may help others (those losing weight, newbie maintainers, for example) to see how exactly how its done.

I suggest that we either post on a daily basis, or at least once a week. It's entirely up to you.

Obviously the actual posting of logs would only be open to maintainers, though I'm sure we'd be more than happy to answer any questions that might be posted by non-maintainers.

Well, for simplicity, I've just added a link to my sig box that will take anybody, anywhere to my Fitday information. Very detailed.

Being THAT public will definitely hold me accountable!

Of course, I could really simplify my breakfast report, because it's the same every day:

Flaxseed muffin with 2 TBS whipped cream cheese
Coffee with cream (limit of 4 TBS cream per day)

I'll be travelling next week (to a conference) so who knows what will befall? They always have a great buffet of healthy stuff, which is why I always enjoy this particular gathering.

Sounds delicious How do you cook the asparagus? Do you cook it first and then drizzle with the oil, or actually cook it in the oil?
