Great idea Demi!!
So....I guess that I'll start with yesterday.
B- 1/2 cup of yogurt, coffee w/H&H and splenda
L- 3 oz chicken breast cut up into a salad of lettuce, grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, avocado, roast red pepper, blk olives, asparagus w/ balsamic vinagrette spicy dressing
s- fresh cut up fruit, 1 wasa w/ 1 wedge of laughing cow lite
d- 5 steamed shrimp w/ cocktail sauce
5 sea scallops cooked into a very yummy self creation of onion and mushrooms in evoo, garlic crushed red pepper, 2 tbs of Mario Vitali's spicy red sauce from Eataly
, and pre- steamed brussel sprouts....it was simply amazing!!!
1 no sugar added klondike bar
activity- Pilates in the morning then walked to the pool club to go sunning.
It was a very good day!!
