Default New beginning

My husband(husband to be then) I were on the Atkins diet. Went on our honeymoon and decided we would break from the diet. Needless to say we did not go back. I have been back for about a month and half. I feel so much better! Can't understand how I never got back on. Had a recent check (use Lipitor) and my cholesteral has gone from 360 (5 yrs ago) to 168. I am dedicated to the WOL!!! I use this sight daily to keep me focused.
