Wink How fast do you lose weight?

I have been somersizing for a week. Hoping for some feedback on expected weight loss at the beginning. I am a faithful exerciser but still too heavy! Tried Atkins but felt TERRIBLE. Love this WOE!!! I've never posted before so please excuse any blunders..I'm a Rookie

Default question

I admit to being woefully ignorant, but what is "somersizing?"

Somersizing is a plan by Suzanne Somers. It's food combining and low carbs (fruits, veggies, and whole grains only) No sugar, white flour or caffiene. There are more details but that is a little info. on it

Yes, you are allowed any meat. You just can't mix protein/fats with carbs..there are others who have posted that explain it WAY better than my skimpy version. I prefer somersizing over atkins because your fruits and veggies aren't restricted and there is no counting carbs/calories or watching portion sizes.
