Default Just bought a S/H bread machine. Recipes using UK ingredients please.

Inspired with my success with instant bread (see DSevon crean teas thread) I've just picked up a second hand bread machine at a market.

Has anyone had success making low carb bread with one of these with ingredients I can buy in local shops? i'm aiming for something fluffier than the 'instant bread'.

Thanks.

Hi Robert

I'm afraid i haven't even got as far as taking my machine out it's box yet.

I have seen many LC bread recipes using machines in this and other LC sites. (i expect you have too)
If you do come across a good one please let us know, especially one not containing wheat. As my intolerance has now been confirmed by a very innocent looking burger which i was told was 100% meat. Couple of hours and one sore tummy later i read the packaging, yep it was a mix of not so wonderful delights.

One slightly battered husband for sale or trade, call 555-555
