Smile EZ chicken thighs Alfredo...oh my !

We prefer thighs to breast, more flavor IMO.

Saute 4 thighs skin down in 1 tbl. butter & 1 tbl. canola oil just til slightly browned. (I use Lawry salt for seasoning) Flip to cook couple mins. more.
Add in 3 cloves garlic & 1/2 med onion chopped and about 12 white mushrooms, sliced thick.
Top all with 1 whole jar alfredo sauce . Cover & simmer about 30 mins. stirring every 10 mins or so. **Longer cooking won't hurt at all.
I served over chopped, steamed & buttered yellow squash but broccoli would be great too.
