Swiss Cheese crust Pizza is awesome!
I can't believe it...this is the BEST pizza that I've ever eaten that was homemade....high carb included!
the crust is swiss cheese, then the toppings are typical.
You make it like so:
First...get some parchment paper or something like a silpat and put slices of swiss cheese on it butted up next to each other.
Broil until just browning but not burnt...you want it a bit stiff.
Then...put mozz on it, then put a layer of pepperoni, then smear with a small amount of sauce just to wet it a bit....maybe 3 tbsp.
Then add more mozz and top with fresh herbs.....
this is what the finished product looked like....wow...it's amazing tasting.
