Thank you so much for this recipe, it is absolutely delicious. I made it with mushrooms before, and last week we made it with spinach. Very very good!

I never get tired of this dish. It pleases the children too which is not allways an easy task. I did'nt care for it made with pork though. Seemed dry. Chicken rules!

I made this last weekend, and it was delicious! Definitely one of my all time favorites! Im not sure how it would be with something other than chicken, but the chicken recipe rocks!

I tried this last week and the whole family liked it. The chicken was moist and not too covered in sauce (little guy doesn't like that). I left out the mushrooms because all 3 of my cans were beyond expiration (what are the odds?). I baked it in the oven since it seemed easier to me!

We'll be making it again.

i actually made it last night. It was really good! I only defrosted 5 thighs, I dont know if it was 2 lobs worth and I accidently used the entire packet of hidden valley, so I compensated by using more sour cream and stuff. i think this made a LOT of liquid accumulate on the bottom of the pan. Still, it was really good, the mushrooms were delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Definitely a keeper! Just made this again last nite.
I do change the spices from time to time....instead of the Hidden Valley ranch packet, I use the Fiesta Party mix from Tastefully Simple & it comes out super! Luv it! And...of course I love using extra parmesan on top to get a really nice crust on top
