Hi Lynda

I think macadama nuts are lovely too, perhaps we should demand Sainsbury's to make bigger bags!!
Tried to get some in Somerfield today they only had the Planters brand and they were £3 something, and it was only a little tin. That will stop me moaning about the price of Sainsbury's.

Never tried them before this diet, can't believe i have been missing out all these years. Much nicer than my old favourite Cashew's and a lot lot less carbs.

By the way i blew 9g of carbs on my first meal today and i feel great appetite is well and truely back and i ate a good lunch and dinner. Can't believe it came back so quickly.

Hope your eating better too

I was still a bit doddgey till after tea I was craving califlower with melted cheese and some turkey slices so I had that for tea followed with a few of them nuts and I feel so much better!!
I think I have learnt a valuble lesson make sure you eat enough carbs!!
I have energy now, I felt so weak and tired and looked like a bag of pants!!
Glad to hear your appetite is back so let us both make sure we are eating enough carbs!!

Sounds like you have both learned a valuable lesson. This is not a no carb way of life!

Glad to hear that you are feeling so much better.
