Happy New Year Everyone!!

I'm doing great and made it through the New Years food and drinks unscathed so far. I am determined with the help of God to make this the year I make it to goal!!

I still haven't weighed myself since I am just sticking to trying to keep my eating under control. I was so shocked at how well I did last night. That's not me....I usually break down and eat.

We can do it ladies!!!

Ok I posted my most current wweight on my scale at home since that is what I will usually be weighing on. I may buy a new scale.

But anyway, I've been cheat free for 8 days!!!!
The only problem is I only am weighing once a month. So I won't post my stats again until then.

Sadia,

What are the carbs thatyour indulging in? Are they bad carbs?

It's really a very tough habit to break. Have you read the Atkins book?
