Don't worry - I will take the focus off you but admitting that once, admittedly drunk and, oh so young, I ate pilchard munchies.

There - I've said - it was a long time ago- can't really remember why - something to do with a study party, running out of stuff to eat and having one of those wonderful ideas that only appear when under the influence...

Poor Liz, what a terrible burden of secrecy you've been carrying with you all these years!

I used to eat grass from the garden... I guess I never was like the other girls?!

Pilchard munchies - different. My brother used to eat the dogs Bonio biscuits when he was little - there again he eats just about anything!!

The turkish delight in Thorntons is pretty good too. And now H&B are doing little bars of 'sweet 'n' low' chocolate which are small enough that I can eat a whole one without dire consequences. I've just discovered I can buy chocolate made with malitol in Lithuania (where I am now) but so far I've resisted.

Cocoa powder mixed up with sweetener, butter and s/f peanut butter and then frozen makes a nice chocolate treat without the sugar alcohols.

I'm in Minsk (Belarus) for the weekend and having a wonderful time - love to all back home in England.
Robert.

Mmm, I see this thread has changed tack. When I worked in a pet shop I used to eat the doggie chocs when I was peckish. They taste foul! - but they will not harm you.

I can remember getting told off by my mam for trying one of the dogs "Good Boy" chocolate drops. Well they look like chocolate buttons don't they

Speaking of chocolate buttons, I haven't had them for years. I used to like to put them on my tongue and let them melt. I'm not telling you how I used to eat creme eggs (although I always liked the Border eggs better cos they had chocolate creme in the middle).
