After a loooong derail, I hope I'm back! Been back at my lc woe for almost two weeks now, and seem to have stalled out, so going to start some exercise and see if I can get the ole metab going.

Did handweights and Nor. trak this morning.

20 mins on the nordic trak and 10 of hand weights. I ended up not exercising Monday, so I don't have any more days off this week-yipes. I have to work Friday. I'm so tired when I get home tho-or maybe it's just mental exhaustion. Anyway, will have to get up early Friday and work out before I go in.

Well, am posting on the Late 20's buddy thread, so don't know that I need to post in here too...hmmm

Got up to 35 mins today, but had to break it up due to time limit. Want to do at least 30 mins on the Nordic Trak tomorrow, but will have to get up early to get it all done, since am working. Fingers crossed I get up on time.

I really need to get everyone to the pool this weekend. We need to spiff up the swimming skills to be ready for Florida. DD is stressing about the water depth.

30 mins treadmill- weight loss mode. Shoes helping I think.

Son has to do 5 -10 mile hikes and a 20 mile hike to get his hiking merit badge. I'm going to have to start getting him to use the treadmill more and bump mine up as well so we can do some smaller hikes this spring/summer. I'm talking 3-5 mile ones. He did a lot of hiking this past summer, but he hasn't done any in a while.

Tues was off. Went to a church ladies meeting ( good) and then ran a couple of errands then dh came home-blah blah...by the time I could have treadmilled something was always going on.

Morning seems to work best for me.

Haven't missed any other days, so will just count it as a rest day and go on.

Hello! Just dropped in to see what you do for exercising. Hope you don't mind.

If you ever make it up to Alaska, we will have to get together and take some walks. I hear that Anchorage has some great walking trails.
