Smile Anyone here on Dr. Richard Bernstein's Diet?

Anyone here following Dr. Richard Bernstein's Diet?

Reading his book, The Diabetes Solution, got me to greatly change my life for the better. It gave me the courage to put my carbs at ca. 30 grams per day, and to eat regular amounts of PFC.

The steadiness of eating the same amount of PFC from breakfast to breakfast, lunch to lunch, and supper to supper, from day to day really goes give a steadiness in the way I feel.

Anyone else following Dr. Richard Bernstein's recommendations?

I followed Dr Bernstein's diet for years. It's where I started (along with paleo). Now I only eat twice a day and have upped my total carbs a bit (still under 20 net carbs) but his book got me started years ago.

Hi SilverEm,

I’ve posted my success story. It’s part of my signature. You can also find my story on Dietdoctor. Just search for my name there, Jean Risman.
