Stuck to plan: 16
Off target: 5

Back to logging food today. I'll try to keep things simple to make tracking food easier and more accurate. Also starting today I will be working on my daily habit of using SF sweeteners. I'll try easing into it and if that doesn't work I'll go cold turkey. The plan for this week is to have no foods that resemble a "desert" or a "sweet treat" - Meat, dairy, LC veggies, and savory mug muffins only. SF sweetened beverages I'll work on later.

Stuck to plan: 16
Off target: 6

Yesterday was < 30 net carbs - 27% protein, a 4 mile jog, too much food, and not "SF sweet" free. So the off target days are catching up. The house is pretty much cleaned out of OP foods that throw me off. Hopefully this will help in jump starting me back into the OP groove.
