Default Faux Chocolate-orange mousse

Ingredients

8 oz full-fat yogurt
1 tsp. psyllium husks
1/4 tsp. cocoa powder (non dutched, if possible)
1-2 g stevia (1 packet or 1/4-1/2 tsp)
1/8 tsp. orange extract

Mix all ingredients together, and let stand for several hours until stiff. This recipe should scale easily, except for the orange extract, of which you need proportionally less than for a single serving.

Variation - use vanilla extract instead of orange extract. You can even remove the cocoa powder for this variation.
