Default Coconut Flax Bark

I came up with this simple and delicious version of coconut bark that is induction friendly. I'm being very careful with anything sweet tasting so as not to jeopardize my lack of cravings but I had this a few hours ago, enjoyed it, am satisfied, and have had no cravings.

My body does best with a decent amount of fiber and this is a great way to get more into my body.

1T virgin coconut oil
1/2 T cocoa powder
3T ground flaxseed
sweetner to taste (I used 2 drops of liquid sucralose)
a few shakes of cinnamon
pinch of salt (i add salt to anything sweet)

Melt the coconut oil, add the rest of the ingredients, place a sheet of saran wrap on a plate, pour the mixture onto the plate, place in the freezer for about ten minutes. Voila! A fast high fiber healthy treat!
