Many gain a couple of pounds when they switch from Atkins to CAD. It's usually gone within the first week. It's the extra carbs holding on to water.

WOW! I'm really getting excited about this CAD thing... even though I happened to have a gain right now...but my first week isn't officially up until Monday, and I have been WILD about those RM treats.

But I can honestly see how that "kid in the candy shop" craziness could get old and settle into something a bit more reasonable. I'm already laughing at myself...for what I know about nutrition and all the years I've spent trying to develop better habits...this is just a short-term rebellion, I'm sure!

Can't wait to average out my first week...maybe will have a surprise loss.
