work-out log
ok, I'm going to start my fitness log, so hopefully this will motivate me when I have those days where I want to do absolutly nothing, hehe!
ok yesterday ran 3 miles, SLOW, and today I can't walk, I'm so sore. I got new running sneakers that are really comfortable, so thats good. And it is really cold out, last night it was in the 30s, but I prefer running in the cold as to running in 80 degreee weather. And I can't do treadmills, they are the worst, (for me anyway) So today I will just have to suck it up and go run in the cold.
