I've never participated in the game on this site. Let's see if I can update the chart without screwing it up!

I'm dizzy from all the moving, but agree it is a bit easier to follow everything here.

Down a little more this 2nd day after carb nite. I slept terrible and woke myself up several times with all my sleep talking, but actually feel great today. Maybe I'm getting firmly in the keto zone.

remember last week when I was ahead days and thought Friday was SUNDAY??? well, that is how I still recalled my CN!! It was on Carl's day off on THURSDAY not SUNDAY!!!! so, If I do it on Saturday it is a loner interval anyway LOL.. I STILL will go longer if I can. I am so close to being at that lowest weight. FINGERS CROSSED....

DUSTI, I am happy to hear you are feeling better and more comfortable and you are probably right about ketosis. You use the strips? I am addicted to them!

Hello and it is nice to find you. I am not really fond of the games and challenges that I have found, but I am following the Carb Nite Solutions plan. Would it be possible to come here and just read about your experiences and perhaps share as well without becoming involved in the daily games?
I have been having a lot of non supportive attitudes shown to me on this lowcarber site. I do not understand the need of some to be so hostile at others having a difference of opinion in the choice of what they want to eat.
Thank you for reading and perhaps allowing this.

Cricket I fixed my tracking chart I had put the same date twice. Sorry about that. I couldn't figure it out for quite a while... Hope you are doing well and the leg is healing.

Well I am below my CN weight will see what happens in the next few days. I do have certain goals I want to make each week.. I am entertaining the possibility of doing what "Jodi is doing every 10 days instead of every 7. I am not sure which way I will go yet.

My son had his knee surgery the post op appt today went well his lovely wife and him are driving back to Fairbanks now. So the house is quiet.
I am hoping to get back on track and get my foods updated..

Tuesday I didn't eat hardly anything I haD broth all day...finally a protein shake that night before bed.
Yesterday day of surgery I had a shake before we left and then I had a cup of hot cocoa made out of HWC so to me not enough calories or anything. The only thing I know for sure I got in was the water amount I have set as mandatory lol

Today looks so much better, Had some coffee with HWC and bacon for breakfast and lunch lol on the go. Tonight is an egg scramble with some of the left over prime rib we had on Monday. I was so happy to see that purple on the strip...

Ladies I need your help, I need to know if I can do VEGAN KETO.I think it's impossible to stay below 20g net carb. I need to do it for 2 weeks for religious reasons!! Appreciate any help

It is 30 NC not 20. It can be done carefully . Bottom line is that you need to follow your personal needs and that must come before this. Go fit in salads that are high fiber.. plan to have lots of water!!!

Hello Rains and happy all is doing well. JODI DOES NOT CHOSE TO DO MORE THAN 7 DAY. It should be 7 days as suggested and you have no reason to change that. Your weight will be at least the same if not less. Your goals should be to follow this as written. It is important. I do not have the same issues as anyone here and do not like to stretch it out. YOU need the hormonal changes.
ONE carb nite is not reason to change. That is my advice to take or ignore.

Hi OWL... yes you are welcome to come in when you want. We have READERS only that I called ghosts at one time. More like leeches to me now. They only suck information and do not share back. SO by all means, come and support us as we will you

thank you all for updating those trackers.they had to be retyped and did not C&P! At least I did not get ERROR OFF!
I have to say that I LOVE this format!
NOW about the games.. Is this wt loss working with the CN??? We can do maybe who is less at the start of their new CN??? each week??? not too sure how to set that up with all of us on different nites! INPUT and THOUGHTS ON THIS PLEASE!..maybe the goal for loss should be diffferent>> have no clue any more LOL!!!

OK.. here is how to get empowered.... to update the charts...go to the LAST posted chart that is updated... there is a QUOTE icon.. click it and the entire page is copied in color and fonts etc... at the top, you will see the [quote name etc] and delete only those quote prompts that appear typed... that will leave the entire body in tact. At the bottom again, remove everything that is not to be copied and posted by you you edit right there on that box in you own line. you can preview to make certain it is correct and submit. IF you go to post, enter the prompt to GO ADVANCED and it will give you a very complete choice of emogees ( to the right click MORE) and then if you scroll down you can see all the other poss to comment on It will be easy I promise. In the meanwhile I will change your number
