Hi Everyone,
I tried to start the Atkins again two days ago after being off for a couple of years and putting on 30 pounds
But I was feeling sick and I had to force myself to eat all that fat. It just did not feel healthy to me anymore. So I thought I would just go back to trying to eat around 1300 calories a day and then I saw this site.
Can someone give me a list of the green, yellow and red foods? I do nto have time/money at the moment to go and buy the book, however I would like to stat right away.
Hope this works for me. I have been dieting since I was 16...I am now 50. I want to get off the merry go round.
