Default The Best Life Diet

Hey guys,
I just started Tom Greene's The Best Life, and I don't know if its considered even semi-low carb. I hope so cause I really want to stay on this forum. Just wondering if theres anyone else out there giving this a try If not, try not to slam what I'm doing, it works well for me. If so, maybe we can chat. Thanks

I haven't read the book but did see him on Oprah. Not the first month part but what you eat is healthy eating. I have read one of his other books. It's like the gi diet or south beach, all these diets teach you to eat healthy and make good choices, each needs it's own take on it for them to make it their own.

I would love to give you support as you go on your journey. Come visit me over at the gi support thread in semi low carb groups and we can compare notes.

Best wishes!
Chari

I have been following the Slimming World plan for some time as I found very low carb too hard to stick to. The original plan is carb restricted but much easier to follow and great for long term weight loss - I think carbs are the key but there has a be a middle ground - it works well for me - I've lost 4 stone and am pleased - don't get the cravings you get with high carb and can keep it up!
