Default Fruit on CAD RM

I have notice that no one is eating any fruit in their reward meal? Why?

I have the first book CAD. I going to the library to see if they have a copy of CALP.

One of the reason that I want to try CAD was fruit. I would stay with the Oranges, Grapefruits, Tangerines and Strawberries. Is this not permitted under CALP. It is permitted in CAD.

What is the Hour Power#2 thread, Is that the daily update thread?

Yes. If you click on that thread and read a few pages, you'll see that that's where some people post their meals.

I always have blueberries at my RM. I put a cup of frozen blueberries in a microwave safe bowl, and nuke them for a minute; then sprinkle Truvia on them, and top them with a cup of plain yogurt.

Thats my "CARB" part of the RM, which is supposed to be 33/33/33 - equal portions of Protein .. LOW carb veggies .. CARBs.

I missed blueberries so very much when I did a two month Atkins Induction, that I've not ventured, YET, into other fruits.

hi-
I go through phases with my fruit carbs. I usually have berries and melons and peaches- in season. I have found I don't like other fruits as much.
I am confused- you can eat ALL fruits as your carbs in any of the CA plans. Really!
