Yes. If you click on that thread and read a few pages, you'll see that that's where some people post their meals.
I always have blueberries at my RM. I put a cup of frozen blueberries in a microwave safe bowl, and nuke them for a minute; then sprinkle Truvia on them, and top them with a cup of plain yogurt.
Thats my "CARB" part of the RM, which is supposed to be 33/33/33 - equal portions of Protein .. LOW carb veggies .. CARBs.
I missed blueberries so very much when I did a two month Atkins Induction, that I've not ventured, YET, into other fruits.
