Some useful, some bizarre information. So it makes it hard to see which is which. A potato before bed just makes no sense at all. If it all turns to sugar how does that help anyone sleep. Very odd.

That said I've always thought there was a connection between over drinking and over eating for me. I quit drinking 30 years ago and have thought, if I can't control my binge eating how could I control drinking if I drank again. So I've never tried.
