Default Cooking With Xantan

I have just bought XantaN gum.
I also have Guar gum.
I did a search and cannot find the recipes where I can use them

Xanthan and guar gums are used as thickening agents. To thicken liquids, use 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. per cup of liquid and blend it in using a hand blender or blender. When you heat the mixture, it will thicken, and you can also add to to hot liquids.

I personally prefer the texture of xanthan gum over guar gum.

Xanthan gum is also used in baked goods to give more structure that helps them to rise. 1 tsp. per cup of dry ingredients works well.
