Question Zone/Atkins

Whats the main difference between Atkins and the Zone? I've been on Atkins for four months and I like it however; I've been stalled for about 4 weeks now.

I'm just trying to figure out how different they really are. To me, Atkins seems a lot easier to follow than the Zone. Maybe I'm missing something.

I don't know everything about Atkins, but the main differences I am aware of are:
There is no "induction" period on Zone
There are no foods that are "off-limits" - ever
Protein is a calculated amount based on your LBM & activity level
Saturated fat is strongly discouraged
More carbs are required
Lots of water is critical

It's just a learning curve like anything else. Once you've got the hang of it ~ it's 2nd nature.

btw ~ don't expect immediate results coming off of another woe. It could take your body 2 weeks to "adjust". Be patient.
