Default "Restless Leg Syndrome"?

Hello everyone!

I was on VLC(calorie)D shakes in one week, then I switched over to Low Carbs for the next week, after I did that I have been having "aches" or small annoying pains in my thighs/hip region and I can't sleep well at night.

I read a little on the internet that it might be lack of Potassium, so I bought some lactose reduced milk, to add to my diet, I am also taking magnesium and vitamin pills to have my vitamins and minerals in place.

Currently I am getting 9-10g carbs a day, and 1 glass of lactose free milk will give me 9g carbs. So i guess it's perfect for my diet since I am required to have 20g carbs maximum a day.

We will see tonight if I keep getting pains, if not then I will be a happy lowcarber
