Thankyou so much for that list, I have to admit that I have been experiencing a slump lately. I have been eating a few more carbs then I should, not really high carb, just too much low carb foods that were adding up and causing a slight weight gain. I have also been adding meat a little more often, I shouldn't be eating meat at all. I know there is no magic genie that is going to keep me on track I have to do that myself, but your list is going to help when I run out of ideas. Again Thankyou. Judy
