Yes I agree, there are some fantastic ideas on this thread. I was particularly intrigued by the lettuce leaf wraps. It has givem me ideas. I used to use low carb tortillas but have been avoiding them on this plan. I am also now toying with the idea of stuffing cabbage leaves with something tasty and putting them wrapped in a dish in the oven with perhaps a cheese sauce over the top. If I succeed in creating something tasty I will post the results here

Lettuce wraps are the bomb! I don't eat a lot of deli meat, but I do like lettuce-wrapped hamburgers. It makes a delicious burger.

That sounds like such a good idea! I am not good at this yet...have tried in the past steaming whole cabbage leaves, trying to remove a bit of the tough rib and then stuff/roll up around scrambled eggs with cheese and sugar-free bacon in them. I think this could be so good if I could get the cabbage tender enough but not have it fall apart!

Ok - I just had THE most delicious lunch. I had some of those romain lettuce leaves stuffed with some chopped up chicken soaked in Buffalo sauce. YUMMY!!!!
