Day 2:
Stayed on menu. Need to increase my water consumption. Worked on blocking out time for this month’s workouts. I am going to treat my workouts and time to write like any other appointment.

Good Habits to practice: 1) Workout w/ trainers 3x/wk., 2)Intermittent Fasting, 3) Record my food 4) Stay on menu 5) Drink water stay hydrated

Welcome back, IFNewstart. That's a sensible plan about making it like appointment-keeping. By "working out with trainers", did you mean a personal trainer at a gym?
