I've been trying it. It has an effect on adiponectin.

Life Extension says it may not work with low-carb diets, but it seems to be helping me. I started it 3 months ago when I had hit a plateau (after losing 20 lbs.). I do think it helped me move back off that plateau. I just returned to a pretty steady pound-a-week weight loss; not the 8-10 lbs/month touted.

It's easy to take - just one capsule twice a day, I didn't notice any side effects.

Thanks, you are the only person I have found who has tried it. I started it 3 weeks before I went back on LC and hadn't really seen a change. Then I went back on LC and lost 4-5 that week, then ran out of it.
I haven't lost a thing since (about 4 weeks) So I went back on last Friday and thought I would give it a shot. So I havent seen a dif yet.
I didnt know what it would do with lc but since i am stuck on ths plateau, I thought I would try and see if it helped.
Any other advice?
